The SOUTHPOLE MARKET is located very close to the Dumaguete public market on the corner of Cerventes and Taft Street.
It is frequented by restaurant and catering owners from early in the morning because the fresh produce is sold here directly from the growers’ fields to the customers.

I met many friendly and cheerful people here despite the rainy morning.
