As far as I know, the GRAND CARNIVAL comes to Dumaguete City every year for the city festivities and also tours the municipalities of Negros Oriental.
We were there pretty early that evening, even though it was already dark.
Thus, there were not yet so many people on site and some of the small attractions and also the later highly frequented bingo hall were not yet in operation.
Nevertheless, I was able to capture some great impressions. Have a look and have fun with the visitors at the GRAND CARNIVAL at Robinson’s Mall in Dumaguete City.
